Manage Program Categories

You can configure the ResLife Portal with the programming categories aligned to your residence life programming model. Point values can be assigned to each category. Staff members will in turn receive those point values for programs they submit.

From the 3-bars icon in the upper left corner, select the module labeled “Program Categories” (this will be displayed as an option, depending on your user permissions).

Once on the Program Categories this page you can add and edit programming categories.

If an existing program category is no longer needed, go to Edit and set the status of the program category to "Inactive." This will prevent the program category from being used within new Program Proposals or Program Evaluations, but still be displayed for any existing Proposals or Evaluations associated to this category.
