Roommate Agreement: Modes

There are five (5) modes for how Roommate Agreements module can operate:

  • Default (No Resident Access) - meaning resident assistants would facilitate the conversation between residents and RA would input the roommate agreement information into the system. Resident assistants need to be granted the "add" user permission for the Roommate Agreements module.

  • Enable Residents to Add & View - residents can create a new roommate agreement, with access to the Resident Hub*. Then once an agreement has been created, they can only view the details.

  • Enable Residents to Edit & View - residents can edit an existing roommate agreement (if one already exists), with access to the Resident Hub*. They can also view the details of the agreement.

  • Enable Residents to Add, Edit, & View - residents can create a new roommate agreement, with access to the Resident Hub*. Then once an agreement has been created, they can have the option to view the details and edit the details of an agreement.

  • Enable Residents to View only - residents can only view the details of an existing roommate agreement (if one already exists), with access to the Resident Hub*.

*Note: The "Resident Hub" needs to be Enabled.
