Associate a staff member (user account) to a Resident Zone

There are two ways:

  • From the details page of a Resident Zone, on the right side you should see a list of staff members associated to that specific zone, and you can choose to add an additional staff member (or remove an existing staff member associated).
  • From the Manage Resident Zones page, go to “Quick Assign Staff”

 

Note: Supervisors and professional staff do not need to be associated to Resident Zones, only the staff member (RA) that is directly responsible for the residents on a given floor or apartment.
